The following rules apply to all Tillamook Radio contests unless otherwise noted:

- Must be 18 years of age or older to win
- One winner per household per contest
- Employees of Alexandra Communications and their immediate family members are not eligible to win
- First caller through at 503-842-4422 wins the prize if eligible
- If the caller is not eligible, the prize will be awarded to the next eligible caller
- Drawings are held weekdays at a random time between 9:00am and 5:00pm
- Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value
- Tillamook Radio reserves the right to modify contest rules at any time
